The Emergency Consortium had to act early this Monday in several parts of the island due to small fires. Specifically, five containers burned in Haría, pyrotechnics in Teguise and a paper bin in Arrecife.
The most important of all took place at about 4:51 when five containers burned on Punta del Pasito street in Charco del Palo. Firefighters had to mark off the area due to the magnitude of the fire, as the flames affected three glass containers and two cardboard collection containers. The troops were able to extinguish it with sprayed and jetted water. Agents of the Civil Guard also came to the place.

Another intervention was at 1:18 for a pyrotechnics that was burning on Garajonay street in La Villa de Teguise. In this case, they also had to mark off the area due to the risk it posed to nearby houses. The fire affected pyrotechnic material that had been used for fireworks.

Finally, the firefighters acted at about one in the morning due to the fire of a paper bin on Guenia street in the capital of Lanzarote, which was quickly extinguished.
