An 18-year-old was arrested last Friday for carrying 26 grams of cocaine in his luggage at a passenger control in La Graciosa, where the Civil Guard controls the arrival of the regular line that connects Órzola with Caleta de Sebo.
The Civil Guard carried out a check of his luggage upon arrival at the port of the eighth island, in which they found a package with the drug. After the discovery, he was arrested accused of an alleged crime against public health, later passing to judicial disposition.
Finally, the young man was released on charges pending trial.
