A 26-year-old young man, of Spanish nationality, was arrested on Monday morning after hitting another man with a glass at the exit of a bar in Arrecife.
The events occurred at around 05:53 hours, when agents of the National Police went to the exit of a bar on León y Castillo street, after being alerted of a fight between two men.
Upon arrival, they found that one of them had hit another with a glass, causing head injuries that required stitches.
The victim was transferred to the Molina Orosa Hospital in an ambulance of the Canary Health Service, while the detainee was transferred to the National Police station.
