A small boat arrives on its own means to Jablillo Beach in Costa Teguise

Ten of the occupants have been transferred by ambulances to Molina Orosa

Arrival of a boat to Jablillo beach

A small boat has managed to reach Jablillo beach in Costa Teguise on its own means. The boat reached land at around 3:30 p.m. this Tuesday and some of the immigrants who were traveling on it ran away.

Local Police and Civil Guard agents have traveled to the scene and have initiated the search device for the occupants of the small boat, having managed to locate the 38 occupants. Some of them had to be assisted by healthcare workers in the sand of the beach itself, which was full of beachgoers.

According to what 112 has informed, ten of the occupants had to be transferred in several ambulances to the Molina Orosa Hospital. In this regard, the Security and Emergency Consortium has stated that they were "dehydrated" from the journey.
