The firefighters of the Security and Emergency Consortium extinguished this Wednesday a fire in a house on Lérida Street in Arrecife.
After being alerted by the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands at approximately 1:15 p.m., the firefighters went to the scene of the fire, which was located in the kitchen of the house, affecting several pieces of furniture and part of the ceiling.
The firefighters proceeded to extinguish the fire, as well as to completely ventilate the house, whose access door had been forced by several neighbors, according to the Security and Emergency Consortium. Local and National Police also came to the scene.
