The Salvamar Al Nair rescued 52 migrants on board a pneumatic boat at noon this Saturday. Among them, there were 47 men and five women of sub-Saharan origin.
Maritime Rescue carried out the rescue at a distance of 35 nautical miles from Arrecife, in international waters, after one of the members of the boat called Sasemar by telephone to ask for help.
After boarding all the members of the precarious boat, who were in apparent good health, they were transferred to the Commercial dock at 1:55 p.m.
