A person had to be rescued from the sea after being adrift with their float in the area of the Pechiguera Lighthouse in the town of Playa Blanca, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
The swimmer began to call for help when he saw that he was moving away from the coast about 500 meters and could not return to the beach.
