A 44-year-old man has been injured in Arrecife after falling from a ladder onto public roads. The event occurred at 7:59 a.m. this Wednesday, on Donantes de Sangre Street, in the capital of Lanzarote.

At that time, the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert requesting health assistance to attend to this man, who had fallen off a ladder.

The staff of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) assisted the injured man at the scene and, once stabilized, transferred him to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital. The affected person presented a less serious head trauma and had to be evacuated in a medicalized ambulance.

The Local Police of Arrecife has instructed the corresponding procedures.
