The Lanzarote singer-songwriter Estefanía Curbelo has released her new single 'Navidad de Luz' (Christmas of Light), a non-profit Christmas song, where she merges several styles, always including traditional Canarian instrumentation such as the timple.
"With a commercial pop style with clear Christmas features, this song encourages everyone to use Christmas as a pretext to promote unity among loved ones, toast those who are no longer there and join forces to build a better world," says the singer-songwriter, who has created this piece "so that it remains in the songbook of the Canarian Christmas."
For this, she has had the collaboration of great Canarian artists and a recognized team such as Yarel Hernandez (musical direction, arrangements, guitar and bass), Israel Curbelo (keyboard and backing vocals), Alexis Jiménez (percussion), Álvaro Sánchez (minor percussion), Manuel Ángel Gopar (timple), Children's Choir (Alejandro, Dolores, Adriana, Julia and Nerea), Ane Fernández (editing and mixing) and Nahum Cabrera (executive production).
Currently, Estefanía Curbelo is working on the creation of her new album that she says will "bring a lot to talk about." Estefanía has been in the world of music all her life and has made it her way of life as a music teacher in public education centers on the island of Lanzarote "Music is the channel that allows us to express ourselves, transform ourselves and grow, I always say that art is healing. More music and art for the entire population" concludes Curbelo.
Her song 'Navidad de Luz' is available on all digital platforms and Youtube channels.
