Arrecife's daytime Carnival kicked off at eleven in the morning with a colorful parade. At that time, troupes and batucadas displayed all their rhythm and color along the capital's avenue.
The parade began at the Gran Hotel roundabout and ended in Parque José Ramírez Cerdá.
From 12 noon, the Porteño Carnival began in Parque José Ramírez with Dj Maxi Ferrer, Edwin Rivera, Orquesta Acapulco, Orquesta Pla no and Gran Combo Dominicano.
The carnival program continues at 7 in the afternoon at the Agramar fairgrounds with performances by Omar Montes, the presentation of Yuseff's new work, Dj Ale Ossorio, Dj Paulina and Dj Big Charlie.
