The Association for Rural and Fisheries Development of Lanzarote (ADERLAN) in collaboration with the City Council of San Bartolomé, organizes the course “Fundamentals and irrigation conditions for the island of Lanzarote”.
The course, which lasts 20 hours and will take place from Monday, November 28 to Friday, December 2 in the afternoon, is part of the project “Practical Actions in Participatory Local Development 2022” of ADERLAN.
This training, which will take place at the Playa Honda Civic Center, will be taught by Leandro Caraballo Umpiérrez, Agricultural Technical Engineer. The course includes several subjects related to water saving; the different types of water according to their quality and how they influence the health of the soil and plants; as well as the different irrigation systems to understand which are the most efficient.
