Prices for a getaway during Easter in vacation rentals in the country vary considerably depending on the destination. A night in a vacation rental in the Canary archipelago costs an average of 114 euros, the third most economical region in the country after Murcia (107 euros) and Galicia (109).
However, within the Canary Islands, the vacation rentals in Lanzarote for Easter, with an occupancy of 83%, are the most profitable in the archipelago, costing an average of 140 euros per day, according to the vacation rental and apartment portal Holidu.
The price in Lanzarote almost coincides with the national average, which stands at 141 euros per night. In the rest of the islands, prices are considerably lower.
On the island of El Hierro, the average is 77 euros, while on La Gomera it costs an average of 79 euros. Nor do they reach three figures in La Palma (92 euros).
Above 100 euros, but still far from the prices in Lanzarote, are the vacation rentals in Fuerteventura (104), Tenerife (115), and Gran Canaria (120).
In Asturias, the average is 118 euros, Extremadura (123 euros), Cantabria (127 euros), and the Valencian Community (128 euros), Castilla y León (140 euros), Andalusia (141 euros), Aragon (143 euros), Navarra (145 euros), Castilla-La Mancha (161 euros), La Rioja (163 euros), Basque Country and Catalonia (164 euros), Madrid (197 euros), and Balearic Islands (220 euros).
