Hyatt plans to open two new hotels in Lanzarote in 2025

The American luxury chain already has two hotels in Lanzarote, the Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa and the Secrets Resorts & Spa

The international luxury hotel company of American capital, Hyatt, plans to open two new hotels in Lanzarote in 2025. Hyatt's establishments stand out for their architectural quality, its homonymous foundation sponsors and awards the Pritzker Architecture Prize, the most important in the world.

Although its specific location is not yet known, the first of them will be called Alila Lanzarote, and will offer "an unusual type of luxury, integrating respect and understanding of the local environment," according to the company. The North American chain has highlighted that Lanzarote "represents a spectacular location in Europe".

Also in 2025, the opening of the Grand Hyatt Lanzarote is planned, in a "Premium" location overlooking the coast. Without giving more details, the company points out that "guests can expect spectacular design, iconic experiences in stunning settings and superior service and amenities."

Hyatt hotels, which is included every year among the 100 best companies in the United States to work for by Fortune magazine, already has two hotels in Lanzarote, a family establishment and another for adults only.

The Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa is located near Playa Blanca, is the hotel for families. It has 453 rooms including several suites, four swimming pools, spa, and 24-hour gym.

On the other hand, Hyatt owns the Secrets Resorts & Spa in Puerto Calero, designed for couples. Its interior is divided into 335 rooms and suites, with concierge and 24-hour room service. It has multiple restaurants with gourmet menus.
