The average price per square meter to buy an apartment in Arrecife was 1,871 euros in September, 21.4% more than it cost a year ago when it was sold at 1,541 euros, but there are great differences in the evolution of prices between neighborhoods, according to the idealista.com price index.
In the center of Arrecife, the square meter marks 2,263 euros on average and its price has grown by 27.1% compared to twelve months ago when it cost 1,780 euros. In the last three months alone, prices have increased by 5.2%.
In the neighborhoods of Valterra, La Vega and Las Salinas, which idealista adds in a single group, the square meter is at 1,813 euros on average, 9% more expensive than a year ago, when it cost 1,664 euros and 0.7% more between July and September.
For its part, in the neighborhoods of Argana and Maneje, also grouped by the aforementioned real estate company, the square meter costs an average of 1,494 euros, 5.5% higher than twelve months ago when it marked 1,417 euros and 0.3% lower than the average price last June.
Idealista did not publish average prices for the Altavista-Titerroy-San Francisco Javier area in September as it did not have enough properties for a realistic calculation, but it did for August. That month, the average price in this area of the capital of Lanzarote marked 1,596 euros, 15.3% more expensive than twelve months ago when it cost 1,335 euros.
