Radio Lanzarote was present at the gastronomic congress, in which different chefs from Euskadi and Navarra demonstrated their miniature cooking skills. The Miniature-Enyesque Congress celebrated its First Lanzarote Enyesques Championship in which the best chefs on the island participated.
Yeray Gil from Primario Gastrobar in Playa Blanca was proclaimed winner, ahead of Paco Medina from the Alarz restaurant and Dailos Perdomo and Julio Cuenca from the Liken restaurant in Playa Blanca.
The three finalists will attend the Irun Chef competition, which will take place in October in Vitoria-Gasteiz, the origin of this prestigious gastronomy congress.
