The Yaiza City Council announces the collection of taxes levied on the Real Estate Tax of Urban and Rural Nature (IBI) and the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE), all corresponding to the year 2023, whose payments in the voluntary period are established between August 7 and November 6 of the current year, both inclusive, with the registers and collection lists being exposed to the public for one month, in the Municipal Collection office, located on Calle Salida al Rubicón in Yaiza, from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Citizens can make their payments on the municipal website (online tax payment banner), with a debit or credit card at the Collection office, at the network of offices and ATMs of Santander and La Caixa banks, or by direct debit, formalizing the form provided by the City Council for this purpose. For any concerns, residents can call the Administration or receive face-to-face attention in the Collection area.
In addition, the Yaiza City Council facilitates the fractional payment of taxes.
