Comisiones Obreras has announced a "schedule of mobilizations" in the company Grúas San Ginés SL and even threatens a strike, due to the non-payment of wages to workers. According to reports, employees have not been paid "since October" and this has forced some to leave the company "after years of work, for not having a euro to support their families."

"CCOO will not allow this company to laugh at its workers and continue to violate their rights," warns the union, which states that the staff has said "enough is enough."

In addition, it considers that the non-payments are extending over time as retaliation against the workers, because "they have had no choice but to denounce the company, not only for the non-payment of wages, but also to request recognition of professional categories and various bonuses," among other things.

"Supposedly, the following message is sent to them: for reporting, now wait until the trial," says the union, which considers that comments are unnecessary in the face of this attitude.

Similarly, it emphasizes that "it is surprising that the company does not pay the wages to its workers, while hiring others." "Are these workers not going to get paid either? Or are these?" asks Comisiones Obreras, which for the moment will begin mobilizations, but warns that it "does not rule out a strike."
