The project was presented last Tuesday by the students and teachers of the center, with the participation of the president of the AMPA, the head of La Obra Social La Caixa, Antonio Armas, and the manager of the Juan Toledo Group, Oscar Luzardo, who assessed firsthand the results of the work carried out and the virtues of this innovative educational system.
The event coincides with the beginning of the open days of the CEIP Argana Alta, to be held during the 11th and 12th of June, where the students of the center will surprise the attendees by showing the operation of the robots donated by the different companies, as well as their skills in programming and assembly.
We congratulate the management of the CEIP Argana Alta for this initiative, and we sincerely thank them for allowing us to contribute our grain of sand to a project that will be enjoyed by some 200 students, a proposal that caught our attention from the first moment and that will provide them with extra learning for the rest of their lives (Oscar Luzardo, manager of Juan Toledo)
The board of directors of the CEIP Argana Alta does not rule out the possibility of establishing an extracurricular activity related to robotics, so that all the boys and girls of the capital's neighborhood can have access to it, even if they are not students of the center.
