At the opening day, held today in Marina Lanzarote, was attended by the mayor of Arrecife, Mr. Yonathan de León and the councilor of commerce, Mrs. Eli Merino. In the words of the mayor "the opening of Navalia Yachting Canarias in the capital of Lanzarote proves that the island has a great present and future for business activities linked to nautical activities, in line with one of the strategies that the City Council of Arrecife is developing to promote the city as a base of operations to promote the city as a base of operations for companies and professionals focused on the blue economy".
