Magma Innovation Hub hosts, from today until next Thursday, the course "Transformational Leadership", which is held in collaboration with IE Business School. Several entrepreneurs from the Canary Islands and Equatorial Guinea are already attending.
This training aims to offer keys on leadership, taking into account knowledge, since this allows companies to generate correct responses to the changing environment and conditioned by increasingly strong competition. Thus, the course focuses on how to manage this knowledge, taking into account the potential of people and teams, through the leadership of learning and transformation processes. Therefore, the program is aimed at those managers and professionals who want to create organizations that people want to belong to.
Among the contents are leadership styles, coaching skills, the implementation of attention and observation, communication models, types of listening, or the importance of feedback, among others.
The faculty consists of Remedios Torrijos, academic director of the course and professor of Organizational Behavior at IE Business School since 1999; and Marcelo Vázquez Dávila, associate professor of Organizational Behavior at the same institution since 2007 and full-time professor in the area of Human Behavior in the Organization, at IAE of the Austral University
