La Cascada del Puerto restaurant has been nominated from among hundreds of restaurants throughout the Canary Islands, in the Best Grill Restaurant in the Canary Islands category. A new category included in the annual "Que Bueno Canarias Heineken" contest, which this year celebrates its 5th edition next Tuesday, February 2 in Gran Canaria, where the winner will be chosen.
La Cascada del Puerto, is a restaurant that stands out for the use of local agricultural and livestock products in the preparation of its dishes. Its facilities, always innovative in the sector, have more than 500 m2, in which they have their own butcher shop, maturation chambers and state-of-the-art machinery to treat and prepare their products with excellence.
These same facilities have been classified on several occasions, with the Gold category, by HECANSA.
The management maintains an avant-garde and dynamic attitude, attentive to the latest trends in the sector, and involved in the main gastronomic and restaurant events in the country.
La Cascada del Puerto is also a pioneer in the organization of all kinds of events, working side by side with the event company D.O. Unique Events (www.doeventos.com) of great reputation in the sector, having been featured in Spanish TV and the Irish press, for some of its spectacular assemblies and for being a pioneer in the creation, coordination and development of events on the island of Lanzarote.
