The Lanzarote Therapeutic Educational Center, CETEL has been authorized by the Ministry of Education of the Government of the Canary Islands as a Private Vocational Training Center to teach the higher-level training cycle of Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education, Official Vocational Training Qualification.
This cycle is proposed as a possible alternative for all those students who have run out of places in the Institutes of the island and for other interested people, who have a level of Baccalaureate studies or equivalent. It should be noted that currently more and more companies are demanding people with Vocational Training qualifications, and the Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education is proposed as an academic response to meet the needs of the labor market. In fact, in 2014 the deadline ends for nurseries (approved by Health) to become Infant Schools (approved by education) and only Higher Technicians in Early Childhood Education will be able to practice this profession in this context, among many other professional opportunities offered by this qualification. In addition, by taking this professional training cycle at CETEL, you can obtain a double qualification in Psychomotricity, and access University Degree studies, such as Teaching in Early Childhood and Primary Education.
