The plenary of the Constitutional Court has unanimously admitted for processing the conflict of powers promoted by the central government and has suspended the sections of the decree approved by the Canary Islands on December 9 regarding the validity of the antigen test for travelers.
The high court has specifically admitted for processing the conflict of powers against sections two, three, four, eight 4, nine and the annex of the Decree of December 9 of the president of the Canary Islands, Ángel Víctor Torres, in application of the Royal Decree of October 25, which declares the state of alarm.
