The Canary Islands adds this Thursday a total of 484 new cases of coronavirus. The total of accumulated cases in the Canary Islands is 104,284 with 4,124 active, of which 37 are admitted to the ICU and 207 remain hospitalized. In the last hours the death of a person in Tenerife has been reported, pending validation by Public Health.
The Cumulative Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 109.56 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 195.55 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
By islands, Tenerife adds 187 cases with a total of 1,748 epidemiologically active cases; Gran Canaria has 201 more than the previous day and 1,770 active. Lanzarote adds 19 new cases with 157 epidemiologically active; Fuerteventura has 58 new cases, and 358 active. La Palma adds 15 new positives, bringing it to 72 active. El Hierro does not add new positives, so it has one active case. La Gomera adds four new cases, so its assets are 18.
Until this Thursday, a total of 2,417,886 diagnostic tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 8,255 correspond to Wednesday.
