A citizen has contacted La Voz to complain about the price of parking at terminal 2 of Lanzarote airport, the one for inter-island flights. And it is that, he does not understand "why it is more expensive than the T1 parking", the one destined for national and international flights.
"It seems discriminatory to me, because most of the people from Lanzarote, if we leave the car in the airport parking lot, it is when we fly to another island, not when we go to the Peninsula," says a resident of the island, who points out that the price difference, for one day, is two euros.
Specifically, as La Voz has been able to verify, if a parking reservation is made, the price for having a vehicle in the T1 parking lot for 24 hours is nine euros, while parking it in T2 is 11 euros. Without reservation, it is indicated that the price is the same, 11 euros.
After receiving this complaint, La Voz contacted Aena to find out what this price difference is due to and the response obtained is that it is due to "the company's commercial policy."
