Magec Tías "Against Gender Violence" won convincingly against RACA Granada after a 53 - 65 on the final scoreboard. Jesús García's girls went from less to more in the match to add their second consecutive victory.

At the beginning of the match, the Lanzarote team suffered many doubts, a circumstance that the Granada team took advantage of to get ahead on the scoreboard, where the Serbian Marija Stojilkovic stood out in the scoring section for her great offensive capacity.

The conejeras gradually adjusted the defense, lowering their rival's score and reducing the difference, which reached 12 points of advantage for the Nasrid team. Lade Adepoju and Leonor Serralheiro took the reins of the team and began to generate great actions in attack, managing to come back before reaching halftime.

The third quarter began in a complicated way for the Lanzarote team, RACA Granada began to tighten and increased its intensity in the match, trying to physically wear down Magec, who had little rotation on the bench due to the numerous casualties. The insular team withstood the local onslaught and finished the third quarter with an advantage on the scoreboard.

It was time for head work and tranquility for the dispute of the last 10 minutes of the match. Jesús García's girls succeeded both in the defensive and offensive sections, which was key to finally taking the victory to Lanzarote with a final 53-65.

The worrying note of the day came in the middle of the last quarter, when Lade Adepoju suffered a blow to the head against the ground and, after the match was stopped, she was taken by ambulance to the hospital. The diagnostic tests performed on the player ruled out any problem, having to put some stitches in the wound, moving to the island with the rest of her teammates.

Magec Tías "Against Gender Violence" has two victories in the first three days played, which allows them to be in a comfortable situation in the standings. In the next round they will receive the visit of Marisco Antón Cortega, a rival that also has two victories in this start of the season. The match is scheduled for Saturday at 8:00 p.m. in the pavilion of the Lanzarote Sports City.
