The Lava Live Festival continues to unveil the lineup for its next edition and adds another essential name from Spanish music. Iván Ferreiro joins as the third confirmed artist for the festival and will perform on Friday, June 12, the first day of the Lava Live Festival 2026, organized by Preventos Media.
The Galician musician will arrive in Lanzarote as part of his tour Hoy x Ayer, a very special project with which he celebrates 35 years of musical career, revisiting the most emblematic songs of his career, from his time leading Los Piratas to his consolidated solo career.
Hoy x Ayer is a tour conceived as an exercise in memory and the present. A journey through twelve studio albums, hundreds of concerts, and a repertoire that has left its mark on several generations. It also coincides with the twentieth anniversary of "Canciones para el tiempo y la distancia," his first solo work, a key album in the recent history of Spanish pop-rock.
In the words of Iván Ferreiro himself: "It's already thirty-five years of songs and concerts, of trips, hotels, and roads. I don't look back with too much nostalgia, but I can't help but feel the vertigo of time or its weight. Before me appear faces, smiles, cities, studios, and stages, and above all, songs. Thirty-five years of songs."
The tour proposes a different and more essential live performance, with a closer format, focused on voice and songs. On stage, microphone in hand, Iván Ferreiro will offer a show that brings to the forefront the emotion and authenticity of his repertoire, designed for both his most loyal audience and new generations of listeners.

The confirmed dates for Lava Live Festival 2026 are June 12 and 13, and July 24 and 25, spread across two weekends that will once again bring together live music, culture, gastronomy, and a concept of a city open to talent and international projection.
