It has ceased to be a mere anecdote and has become something habitual in the last months of competition. Unión Sur Yaiza achieved its fifth consecutive victory away from home on Sunday morning. Carlos Ramírez's team has become a real danger away from their stadium, conquering three points against Raqui San Isidro that bring them closer to mathematical permanence. A magnificent season as a visitor and that, if it had been endorsed with better results as a local, would have allowed them to be fighting for the privileged positions in the Third Division classification.
The match would start in an unbeatable way for the interests of Unión Sur Yaiza. After six minutes of play, Robert took advantage of the passivity of the local defense, taking the ball in a bad clearance from the San Isidro defense and sending it into the back of the net. A goal that disrupted the plans of the Tenerife team and left the players trained by Antonio González at the mercy of Yaiza.
As the minutes passed, San Isidro took control of the match and was able to tie the match in the 22nd minute. A shot by Aitor, in a clear position, went over the crossbar of the goal defended by Doramas. Just three minutes later, the local team would equalize. A volley shot from Taré surpassed the Yaiza goalkeeper and became the tie.
San Isidro continued to dominate until halftime, having chances to tip the game in their favor. In the 41st minute, Brad stood inside the area and his crossed shot did not find the three posts of the goal. And a minute later, Doramas sent a shot from Taré to a corner kick. With the score tied at one goal, the first half of the match would come to an end.
The second half would begin with the dominance of Raqui San Isidro. Taré and Ariel enjoyed clear dangerous chances. The match would change radically in the 57th minute, when Sanfiel saw the second yellow card and left San Isidro with numerical inferiority on the field.
Unión Sur Yaiza waited for San Isidro on their own field, having enough tranquility to wait for their opportunity. An opportunity that would come in the 68th minute of the match. A good corner kick from David Martín was headed by Miguel Yunes at the near post and the ball ended up lodging inside the goal.
Until the end of the match it was a desire and inability on the part of San Isidro. Unión Sur Yaiza, well positioned on the field, would not end up having difficulties. The Lanzarote team adds their fifth consecutive victory away from home and practically certifies permanence mathematically. Yaiza's next match will be on Saturday at 1:00 p.m., receiving a visit from Tenisca. The matches as a local are being Yaiza's pending issue this season.
