The Puerto Calero-Hesperia racing team will be presented tonight at the Real Club Náutico de Valencia through a spectacular staging with music and fantasy, through which attendees will learn about their challenges for this season, in which they hope to stand out with the effort and commitment of the entire sports team. The presentation will begin with a video of the boat and the interventions of "Josele" Doreste and Alfredo Morales as those in charge of the crew, José Calero Rodríguez as promoter of the idea and owner of the boat, José Antonio Castro president of the Hesperia hotels and Manuel Fajardo Feo Minister of Tourism of the Government of the Canary Islands. Attendees will receive a CD with the presentation of the boat, a press dossier about the boat and another about the past edition of the César Manrique Trophy, as well as an invitation to attend the 2005 edition that will take place on the 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th of next September in the waters of the Island. The closing will be inspired by the best of carnival with samba and batucada to delight all attendees by 20 musicians and dancers.
Tomorrow the Canary Islands High Level Sailing Circuit will be presented at the Real Club Náutico de Valencia due to the success obtained in the past season, many peninsular boats did not miss the opportunity to come and compete in the Canary Islands and enjoy twice, on the one hand of its competitive regattas, and on the other of the offer of activities and the good weather that the Islands offer. The Canary Islands High Level Sailing Circuit is made up of the S.A.R. Infanta Cristina trophies that are held in the waters of Tenerife, S.A.R. Príncipe Felipe in Gran Canaria and closes with the IV edition of the César Manrique-Puerto Calero in the waters of Lanzarote. The Canary Islands tests are the last ones that count towards the National Sailing Circuit, which guarantees that the titles in the different classes are decided in Canary Islands waters.
The presidents of the Canary Islands clubs will be present at the presentation ceremony, Juan Marrero Portugués from RCNGC, Pedro Doblado from RCNT, José Juan Padrón from CNA and José Calero from Club de Mar de Puerto Calero.
