Several karatekas from the Lanzarote club “Poliarrecife” participated in the sixth day of the National Karate League, which took place last weekend in the province of Ávila. In said performance, the bronze medal won by Amelie Yaiza Skiba in Female Youth Kumite -47 kg stands out. In this way, the conejera athlete manages to repeat the award that she already obtained in the days held in Santiago de Compostela.

It should be noted that these two badges allow the karateka to secure a place in the Grand Final of the National League, which will take place in A Coruña on the days of December 15 to 17 and to which she accedes as second classified in the National League Ranking.

For its part, the participation of the Lanzarote club was completed with the performance of the karatekas Alejandro García and Gael Guadalupe, both in Male Youth Kumite -48 kg. The Lanzarote athletes played a great role despite not being able to obtain a place among the top three finishers.
