The Yaiza City Council informs of the temporary relocation of the Playa Blanca Municipal Office to the Tourist Office of the same town starting on Monday, March 31st, due to resurfacing and accessibility works at the Bus Station, the terminal where the southern citizen service point usually operates. These works are financed by the Cabildo de Lanzarote under an inter-administrative cooperation agreement with the Administration presided over by Óscar Noda, and have an estimated execution period of six weeks.

The issuance and recharge point for bus passes will also move to Tourism, while a designated area is planned in front of the Bus Station for public transport users, where passengers can safely board and alight until the works are completed.

The Playa Blanca Tourist Office is located on Jaime Quesada Street, a few meters from the Bus Station and next to the pedestrian Limones Street, a place easily identifiable for residents. The public service hours for the Municipal Office services remain from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., reminding the City Council that its contact telephone number is 928 51 90 18.

The Councilor for Transportation of Yaiza, Beatriz Vázquez, details that "some of the actions to be carried out at the Bus Station are: resurfacing, adaptation of stairs and access ramps, repairs to platforms, accessible pedestrian route to the interchange, and renovation of furniture and signage, among others." The Institution apologizes to the public for any inconvenience that the set of actions and the temporary relocation of the Municipal Office to the Tourism building may cause.
