After finalizing the bidding procedure, the Cabildo of Lanzarote has awarded the renovation and adaptation works of the Lomo de Tesa de Montaña Blanca Sociocultural Center, in the municipality of San Bartolomé. This is an action included in the Municipal Cooperation Plan and financed with own funds from the first Corporation.
The Minister of Public Works, Jacobo Medina, details that “for an amount of 313,822.81 euros, the awarded company Lanzagrava S.L will be in charge of executing these works that consist of modernizing and improving the building, so that it is more functional, comfortable and completely accessible”.
In addition, the works, whose execution period will be approximately six months, also include the waterproofing of the roof, which is quite deteriorated, as well as the change of all the carpentry in order to increase thermal and acoustic performance.
