The acting Environment Councilor of the Teguise City Council, Domingo Cejas, has recalled through a statement that the La Graciosa campsite, located on El Salao beach, is no longer managed by the City Council, but by National Parks. Camping is still free and conforms to the stipulations of the Governing Plan for Use and Management of the Chinijo Archipelago Natural Park. This campsite has a capacity for 200 people.
Those interested can register through the website www.reservasparquesnacionales.es/real/ParquesNac/usu/html/inicio-reserva-oapn.aspx?cen=8&act=%208. On this website, you can even choose the plot that the user wants to enjoy their camping.
Campers must respect the rules, which specify that other facilities other than tents are prohibited, and they must also sign various rules of coexistence in this facility.
Domingo Cejas has recalled the prohibition of lighting fires, altering the flora of the area, or camping with animals. At the moment, there are only eight places occupied in this campsite.
