The PP Tías denounces that All Saints' Day revives "the discomfort" after the exhumations

The populars point out that "for those families who were not aware that the body of their loved one was going to be exhumed, it has been especially hard and disconcerting to go to the cemetery"

The Popular Party of Tías has indicated that this past All Saints' Day has been "certainly disconcerting" for the relatives affected by the "inappropriate exhumation" carried out by the City Council. The opposition party has pointed out the "inability" of the consistory "to carry out the expansion of the cemetery and build new niches."

The populars have indicated that "for those families who were not aware that the body was going to be exhumed of their loved one, it has been especially hard and disconcerting to go to the cemetery and have to look for the new location of their loved ones in the midst of the discomfort they have due to the actions of the City Council."

Thus, they have continued asserting that they "do not share" the procedure with "some relatives who were not notified in advance despite being perfectly identified in the consistory, which is why they have filed the corresponding municipal claim."

From the Popular Party they have insisted that "such a sensitive and painful procedure had to have been done in a more transparent way and using all possible tools, such as a public statement, so that families had prior knowledge of the exhumation and be present, if that was their wish."

Concealment of the file

The councilor of Tías and president of the Local Committee, Francisco Aparicio, has assured that the municipal government "still does not provide his political group with access to the exhumation file, although the regulations indicate that the documentation must be provided within a maximum period of five days, the only response they have obtained is the well-known we are working on it."

For the Populars, the delay in the delivery of the file has no justification and they demand that the government comply with the Local Finance Law.
