The Popular Party of Lanzarote celebrated its traditional Christmas lunch this Saturday in Mancha Blanca, which was attended by some 200 people including public officials, affiliates and supporters from the seven municipalities of the island.

During the toast, in which the best wishes for 2025 were advanced, the president of the Lanzarote Populars, Astrid Pérez, especially thanked the work carried out by the different Local Committees during this year as well as the public work carried out in the governments of the Cabildo, Arrecife and Teguise, "where we are marking with the PP seal the good management that we carry out every time we have the opportunity."

"The Popular Party has shown that wherever it governs, life improves for citizens and it is increasingly evident," Pérez pointed out, who, in addition to "unity and common effort," asked for "courage and determination to face the challenges facing the island and advance in solving many of the problems that affect us."

The leader of the PP and president of the Parliament of the Canary Islands took advantage of her brief intervention to thank the national deputy, Laura Lima, for attending the event, who wanted to share this eminently recreational day with the large PP family.
