The Haría City Council has announced that the new institute will be ready for the start of next year, according to the forecasts of the technicians of the Ministry of Education of the Government of the Canary Islands, who traveled to the north of the island to see first-hand the status of the works.
The meeting held at the City Hall was attended by the mayor of the municipality, Alfredo Villalba, the new island director of Education, Celeste Callero, the directors of the CEIP San Juan and the IES Haría, as well as representatives of the awarding company.

The Consistory highlights that "the project is progressing after solving some technical problems and clarifying different issues of a regulatory nature, so the long-awaited educational facilities will soon become a reality".
