Nearly 300 schoolchildren from Arrecife participated this Wednesday in the III Meeting of Christmas School Choirs, held in the Parque Islas Canarias under the organization of the Department of Education of the City Council of the capital of Lanzarote, led by councilor Abigail González.
The event was attended by the choirs of the Centers of Infant and Primary Education (CEIP) Adolfo Topham, La Destila, Benito Méndez and Antonio Zerolo, the largest with 110 members. Also participating were the Center for Compulsory Education (CEO) Argana, as well as the Vulcania Polyphonic Choir and the Choir of the Real Club Náutico de Arrecife.
Over an hour and a half, the different groups took to the stage located in the Parque Islas Canarias, to offer their repertoire of Christmas carols to the large audience that did not want to miss this traditional event of the Arrecife Christmas.
