NC presents an investment of 950,000 euros in Arrecife for "more sport, more health and more commerce"

The mayoral candidate, Armando Santana, has indicated that he intends to execute this Community budget in 2023 to "meet the demands" of the capital's groups.

The political group Nueva Canarias (NC) has presented the investments from the Community's budgets for 2023 destined for Arrecife, which address the demands "of the capital's groups" and translate into "more sport, more health and more commerce for the residents".

This was stated in a statement by the mayoral candidate, Armando Santana, who highlighted that the party foresees an investment of almost 950,000 euros in the city, which aims to place municipalism "as the axis of our policies", building "strong town halls" with economic resources, without affecting the tax pressure on companies and residents.

Likewise, the politician has indicated that with these approved items "it is the moment and the commitment to their execution".

 

Specific items

More specifically, NC intends to allocate 219,614.75 € to Titerroy for the sports court in the municipal park of Los Leones, and 78,973.69 € to the lighting renovation of the football field of the Port of Arrecife.

These budgets also include improvements for the open commercial area worth 400,000 € and 250,000 €, for Arrecife being the island's capital. This exceptionality in the budgets, according to Santana, does justice to the city for the burden it places on the council to manage public services, which will also have an impact on hospitals, cleaning, traffic...
