The unemployed youth of the island will have a 50 percent discount on tickets for the concerts of Los Suaves and Julieta Venegas, thanks to an agreement reached between Tunera Producciones together with the Youth and Sports area of the Cabildo and the Youth Council of the Arrecife City Council.

Each unemployed person can only buy one ticket, being the only authorized point for this campaign Impresiónate Creaciones, on Nicaragua street 14, corner with Gómez Ulla, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The deadline for the withdrawal of tickets is June 15 for the Los Suaves concert and July 6 for the Julieta Venegas concert. In both cases at 1 p.m.

Likewise, Tunera Producciones has committed to ensuring that the jobs generated by these concerts are filled solely and exclusively by young people in a situation of unemployment. These contracts may have a duration of weeks, days or working days depending on the specific needs of each activity. "We hope that this measure can serve as economic support to many families on the island," they say from the company.

Those interested in opting for the different jobs demanded by these concerts will have to use the only way, which is: [email protected], where they will have to send their data and curriculum.

Extend the agreement

From Tunera Producciones, a company of the TSC Group, they are studying to extend this agreement for the immediate future. "This type of concerts demands a good number of direct jobs, including assembly operators, waiters, ticket sellers, advertising distributors, security guards, runners, production assistants, etc.," they say from the company.

"To this we must add the economic dynamization generated by any event in the environment of its celebration: cleaning companies, hotels, restaurants, bars, transport companies, security or rental vehicles are just some examples of what has been pointed out," they add.

The manager of the TSC Group, which this year celebrates its 25th Anniversary, Eduardo Ferrer, wanted to highlight the importance of this agreement "which will allow an economic relief in not a few families and the possibility that people in a situation of unemployment have a little easier to attend events."

Ferrer also emphasizes that "the world of culture and entertainment is, in addition to a leisure possibility and that contributes to the formation of the person, an industry. Hence the importance of the presence of institutions, so demanded in economic and social sectors and not always well understood when it comes to our sector. Their support is key so that this industry can continue to generate stable jobs."
