A 52-year-old motorcyclist died on Wednesday afternoon in a collision with a car that occurred in the tourist town of Costa Teguise. Two other people, occupants of the car, were slightly injured.
The deceased, according to sources close to the victim, is Arturo Rivas, a resident of the town of Tahíche, located a few kilometers from Costa Teguise. He was a professional driver at the end of the 90s.
He worked at the Motos Garrido company and also as a salesman at the Renault car dealership in Arrecife. He was a well-known person among the bikers on the island of volcanoes.

His friends, through social networks, have shown their regret with messages of encouragement to his family.
