The El Aljibe de Haría exhibition hall hosts the exhibition "In 5 Lines", by the painter Félix Pinedo. Its inauguration was attended by the mayor of Haría, Alfredo Villalba, teaching colleagues and friends who supported the painter, taking an interest in his works, which aroused great interest.
Félix Pinedo's exhibition stands out for the color and variety of its compositions where characters, instruments, symbols and diverse scenes appear framed by geometric shapes. The intense color of the compositions, together with the geometric frames, transmit sensations to us, despite the fact that the characters are represented with their mouths closed, impossible to feel in the purity of their straight lines. After a brief reference to the state of knowledge about the relationship between music and art in the 20th and 21st centuries, this exhibition proposes a typology that can serve as a conceptual tool to characterize those productions or practices that articulate the visual and the sound in the creative process or in the concretion of the work.
This exhibition also has a solidarity gesture, the painter Féliz Pinedo donates one of the exhibited works where all visitors can participate in a "Solidarity Auction", depositing a ticket with their details and indicating the amount they deem appropriate and on November 2, the closing date, the bag where the ballots are deposited will be opened and the one that reflects the highest amount will be the owner of the work and the money will be donated to the NGO Médicos del Mundo.
