The show "Return" will arrive in Lanzarote this Friday the 25th. The National Dance Award winner, Chevi Muraday, and actress and dancer Marta Etura will present a performance with love as a leitmotif at the Teatro Insular de Arrecife at 9:00 p.m.
"Return" is an investigation, through dance, into relationships and the frustrations that arise from one's own expectations and those generated by society. With dance and words dialoguing on the same level, the piece that Muraday and Etura present in Lanzarote tries to understand the difficulties of relationships and the clash between the very nature of love and the image that society generates of it.
In short, a visual and scenic spectacle of "the highest order, with two of the best young artists in the country, and one that is worth not missing", according to the Cabildo. This show comes to the island thanks to the organization of the Education and Culture area of the Cabildo and the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music and its Platea performing arts circuit.
In fact, this will be the first of the five activities that Lanzarote will have this year within the Platea circuit, through the agreement reached by the Cabildo de Lanzarote and the Ministry of Culture. The Government of the Canary Islands also collaborates.
Tickets to enjoy this show cost 10 euros and are already on sale in the Education and Culture Area of the Cabildo de Lanzarote. Likewise, they can be purchased at the Theater box office from one hour before the start of the performance, but only if they have not been previously sold out.
