Two agents from the Yaiza Local Police force participated on Tuesday morning in the assistance, rescue and evacuation tasks of a tourist guide who was injured inside a bus while traveling on the LZ 2, near the Playa Quemada roundabout, in the south of Lanzarote.
Transporting several hikers
As reported by the Yaiza City Council itself, the agents were alerted by the bus driver at around 10:00 a.m. this Tuesday while transporting several hikers. As a result of a maneuver by the driver, the tourist guide traveling inside the bus was injured, injuring himself with the front window.
In addition to the agents of the Local Police of Yaiza, health personnel and a medicalized ambulance were also alerted, which transported the injured person to the General Hospital of Lanzarote.
