National Police agents have arrested a 51-year-old woman in the municipality of Arrecife, with no police record, as the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of trespassing and for disobedience and resistance.
The events were triggered by a call from a citizen, stating that his ex-partner had shown up at his house, knocking on the door, and after entering it, she refused to leave.
The police officers who went to the scene, and after interviewing the victim, were able to observe a woman inside the house, who was in an aggressive attitude and with obvious symptoms of alcohol intoxication.
The police agents repeatedly told the woman to leave the house, but she refused to leave at all times, even confronting the officers, so they proceeded to arrest her as the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of trespassing and for disobedience and resistance.
The corresponding police report was prepared and sent to the competent Judicial Authority.
The police intervention was carried out by agents from the Arrecife Police Station.
