The Civil Guard of Costa Teguise has arrested V.D.H., 34 years old, accused of four crimes of Robbery with Force, as a result of a series of criminal acts committed recently in the tourist complex "Los Zocos", located in Costa Teguise.
According to a statement from the Civil Guard, three British tourists and one Irish tourist were victims of the robberies perpetrated inside the apartments where they were staying, whose perpetrator appropriated several electronic items for a total value of 2,620 euros.
The Civil Guard found that the thief used a master key to access the interior of the properties, exactly a magnetic card whose use was recorded in a computer system, and the perpetrator of such acts was located and arrested, who turned out to be an employee of the maintenance service of the aforementioned hotel complex.
Once the corresponding proceedings were instructed, these and the detainee were placed at the disposal of the Court of Guard of Arrecife.
On the other hand, in another service, the Civil Guard of Yaiza has arrested the men: R.P.M. and N.S.B., 61 and 55 years old, respectively, accused of the theft of construction and building material committed in the facilities of a hotel located in the tourist town of Playa Blanca.
The events, the writing specifies, occurred last Friday and, after the search for the suspects, the agents located this Wednesday morning a van that was circulating in the vicinity of the Pechiguera Lighthouse (Yaiza), and its two occupants were arrested and the stolen material was recovered.
