A chilling video has set social networks in Lanzarote on fire this Wednesday, and its content is already being investigated by the National Police. In the images, a teenager is seen being repeatedly beaten, first by one young man and then by another.

Apparently, the video was recorded at the gates of IES Arrecife, probably by another student of the center. Afterwards, it was spread through WhatsApp (a mobile phone service) and through social networks such as Facebook.

After receiving these images through a reader, La Voz has contacted the National Police, who have confirmed that they were already aware of these facts. "A complaint is being processed," they said, without giving more details at the moment.

What they have confirmed is that they had already received this video. In fact, several readers who have contacted La Voz this Wednesday have also pointed out that they had previously contacted the Police to send them the video, given the seriousness of its content.

In the images, you can see first how a young man starts punching a partner in the head and body, while he simply tries to dodge the blows. Afterwards, they start a "conversation" in which the aggressor rebukes him, demanding something. Just at that moment, a third young man enters the scene and hits the boy again.

All the events took place in front of a large number of witnesses, as several students stood watching the scene. Finally, as can be seen in the video, only two young men intervened to try to stop the last aggression, thus allowing the victim to leave the place.
