The Justice system ratifies the sanction to a civil guard of Yaiza who arrived one hour late to work "for oversleeping"

The Civil Guard has identified 16 young people who were holding an illegal party in a house in Uga, violating the restrictions established against the coronavirus.

The events occurred between 7 and 9 in the morning, when the neighbors themselves alerted this security force, because noises were heard in the house. Upon arriving at the place, the agents verified that there were 16 people between 18 and 20 years old who were holding a party.

Therefore, 16 reports of complaint were raised based on the infringed precept, which prohibits "participating in meetings, events or any other public or private act, in which the restrictions for this type of celebrations are breached." Among other things, meetings of more than six people are currently not allowed if they do not belong to the same cohabitation unit.
