A 29-year-old man was moderately injured in a head-on collision of two vehicles on the LZ-40, in the municipality of Tías.
At approximately 21:42 hours CECOES received a call alerting of the crash with a person trapped. An ambulance with basic life support from the SUC, the Emergency Consortium and the Civil Guard have traveled to the place.
Once on the scene, the firefighters took the affected person out of the car, who presented a trauma to the back at the initial moment of assistance. The sanitary personnel performed the sanitary assistance to the injured person and once stabilized he was transferred to the Hospital Doctor José Molina Orosa.
The Civil Guard instructed the corresponding proceedings and regulated the traffic.
