The municipality of Haría experienced this past Monday the most magical night of the festivities in honor of its patron saint San Juan Bautista. As the afternoon began to fall, the residents were setting fire to their bonfires, taking advantage of burning some remains of pruning and stubble, leaving the wood aside. Once burned, they took advantage of the embers to make the traditional pineapple barbecue in Lanzarote.

At 8:30 p.m., all the attention was focused on the Haría square, which on such a special night wore its best clothes, for the celebration of the institutional act with the delivery of the Haría 2025 Awards. In this edition, the awards went to Los Diablos de Haría and the Guatifay Theater Group.

For eight years of activity, the Guatifay Group represented different theatrical works touring several stages not only in Lanzarote, but also in Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura.
