The Temporary Employment Agency (ETT) Activa Trabajo Canarias has withdrawn the lawsuit it had announced against the Tourist Centers, acknowledging that the award it intended to challenge in court conformed to the evaluation of the submitted bids.

The procedure had already been initiated in the Contentious-Administrative Court Number 3 of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, after this company filed a contentious-administrative appeal. What it intended was to annul the resolution signed on August 31 by the CEO of the entity, Benjamín Perdomo, awarding "the Temporary Employment Agency service for the provision of extraordinary services in the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers of the Cabildo of Lanzarote".

Activa Canarias, which had been contracted by the previous government, was not awarded the contract and initiated actions in the courts. However, on April 8, the company itself sent a new letter to the Court "withdrawing" from the procedure.

"In view of the content of the supplementary file, revealing the full offers of the bidders Adecco TT SA ETT and Felexiplan SA ETT and whose content, known during the pendency of this process, reveals the adequacy of the evaluation report with them, this party comes to withdraw from this contentious-administrative appeal," it states in that letter.

In addition, the company emphasizes that the process was still "in the formalization phase of the lawsuit", so it asks the Court not to impose the payment of the costs generated, since it understands that "no procedural action" had been deployed.
